If the correct installation does not resolve the problem please use the following check-list.

• You need to be connected to the Internet when the Forex market is open.
• MetaTrader must be open all the time.
• Make sure your demo account is not expired.
• You need to be connected to your broker's server. Disconnection from the server could cause malfunction.
• Make sure that you are running the latest build of MetaTrader 4.
