Misssing a trade rarely happens. There are a few factors that could cause this problem:

• Disconnection from Internet
• Disconnection from the Broker’s Server
• Restarting the computer between the analysis time and the trade time

It is crucial to keep the computer on between the analysis time and the trade time. We have entered several features to cope with these problems but yet it is important to avoid any of those problems mentioned above.

If you encounter such a problem take a look at the Journal tab and Experts tab of the Terminal window to see if any error messages were reported at the time. The error messages could help you to avoid the problem in the future.
