There are a few things that you need to consider piror to back-testing PIpBoxer:

• It is very important to download back-test data prior to back-testing. We use MetaQuotes data for this purpose. For more information about downloading and using proper back-test data click here to watch a training video.
• PipBoxer performance highly depends on the broker's server time. You can only get correct results on Strategy Tester if your broker's server time is different in Summer and Winter. For example Interbank FX server time is GMT+0 throughout the year so you cannot back-test on their server correctly. For more information about your broker's server time please contact them directly and ask them about their server time both in winter and summer. • No matter what you do back-tesing is not your ultimate way to make up your mind about a system. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particularly trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk. Variables such as the ability to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses as well as maintaining adequate liquidity are material points which can adversely affect actual real trading results.
